We would like to inform you of the forthcoming shutdown of the genobioinfo computing cluster for (preventive) maintenance:

Monday 22 January 2024 from 8 a.m. for approximately two days.

This will be a day of preventive maintenance, including the following work
– Taking ACLs into account in the various storage areas
– Updating SLURM to version 2023.021
– Updating the disk bays associated with /work
– Updating operating systems
– Data integrity check

As a result, the login nodes (genobioinfo) and the computing cluster (*) will be unavailable.

(*) Including the GPU and VISU nodes and the virtual machines associated with the computing cluster.
The calculation queues will be closed at weekends to allow time for jobs in progress to finish.
Jobs not completed by Monday 22/01 at 8am will be aborted.
