For example we have supports for a training presenting, sequence alignment, tree construction to define subfamilies and patterns or profiles detection in sequences. For people working at INRAE &#8216;Toulouse center&#8217;, the INRAE &#8216;Formation permanente de Toulouse&#8217; (FP) service can partially fund the cost of training sessions. To benefit from FP funding,\u00a0 you have to ask the FP the training request form, fill it and return it to\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:fp-toulouse@inrae.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fp-toulouse(at)inrae.fr<\/a> signed by the lab&#8217;s training correspondent and the lab director so that the FP can study the\u00a0 amount to fund\u00a0 and ensure administrative follow-up.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Participating to one of our training does not entitle you to open an account.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Others bioinformatics core facilities provided bioinformatics training, please have a look to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.france-bioinformatique.fr\/fr\/formations\">Institut Fran\u00e7ais de Bionformatique<\/a> (IFB).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The training material are in English but the training will be delivered in French.
